Our office will be closed from December 1, 2025 through January 8, 2026 as our team takes time to recharge and prepare for the upcoming tax year. During this time, we’ll be fully offline — messages, uploads, and inquiries will be safely received and answered in the order they were received once we return.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this brief pause, and we look forward to serving you again with fresh energy in January.


Here's what you can expect:

  • All messages, uploads, and new inquiries will receive a response in the order they were received once our office reopens.

  • Any tax returns that are already in progress will be reviewed and completed as soon as possible.

  • If additional information is still needed for your file, we’ll reach out once operations resume.

  • Urgent items will be prioritized first when we reopen on January 8, 2026.

If we do not receive everything by the deadline, we’ll file an extension on your behalf to protect you from late filing penalties. Extensions are a common and effective part of the filing process, and there’s no need for concern.

If You Are a Current Client — What We Recommend Now

To give your return the best chance of being finished before our holiday pause, please send in any outstanding documents, signatures, or payments as soon as possible — ideally by November 20, 2025.This helps us finish your return before the IRS e-file system temporarily shuts down at the end of November.

If you’re still waiting on a form or record after that date, don’t worry — we’ll prepare what we can and finalize everything once we reopen in January.

How to Send Documents:

  • Upload through your Client Portal (fastest and preferred)

  • Reply to your most recent email with attachments

  • If you’re not sure what’s missing, reply to your last message and we’ll confirm what’s needed before we close.

During the Closure:
